Visual Rendering

• Definition of Services

The provider, Visual Rendering, agrees to provide 3D rendering services according to the agreed-upon terms. These services include the creation and delivery of 3D images/renderings/video walkthroughs, conforming to the specifications provided by the client.

• Specifications and Deliverables

The client agrees to provide all necessary specifications for the renderings, including, but not limited to, design files, textures, dimensions, and any other relevant information. The final deliverables will be sent to the client in the agreed-upon format (e.g., PDF, etc.).

• Fees and Payments

The client agrees to pay the provider the agreed-upon fees for the 3D rendering services. Payment will be made as follows: an initial payment of 40% at the start of the project and a final payment of 60% upon completion, which is a mandatory condition for delivering the final work.

• Delivery Timelines

The provider agrees to complete the 3D rendering services within the agreed-upon timeframe. The client understands that any delays in providing the necessary specifications could affect the final delivery deadline.

• Review and Approval

The client will have the right to review the renderings and provide feedback. Any additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

• Intellectual Property Rights

The provider guarantees that they have the necessary rights to perform the 3D rendering services. The client will retain all intellectual property rights over the files and renderings provided by the provider.

• Cancellation and Refunds

In case of project cancellation by the client before completion, the client will be responsible for paying for services already rendered and any work in progress. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

• Modifications

Any modifications to these general terms and conditions of contract must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
